Uta studied computer science (i.e. bioinformatics) at the university of Leipzig, graduated with a diploma in 2009 and is working at the Topic Maps Lab since. She supervises the development of the Maiana portal, works as an Ruby Topic Maps (RTM) developer and implements the Lab’s virtual TMAPI merging engine (called Hatana).
